Activity date note accurate

I do have my Localization set properly for CST. There are three date/time entries in the attachment. The first two are accurate. What is the one for 2-8 4:39. This time is in the future it is a blank activity.

Dennis,

Were these activities logged using the Outlook plug-in?

I don't know what you mean. I use the Outlook Plug-in to Archive candidates. Is there something I am missing? I created the activity within CATS from the email templates.

I was just asking if the activities in your screen shot were logged using our Outlook Plug-in.

If you used the "Email" button in a candidate's profile, that answers my question. Just remember that when you report a bug, we really need every step you took to get to that point. It makes tracing it way easier and fixes come much faster.

I understand. Is there more that can be done with the Outlook Plug-in? Is there a way to communicate from Outlook with the candidate? I have been Archiving from Outlook then opening CATS Candidates, searching for the candidate then communicating.

Dennis,

Yes. When you open a new compose email window, there is a toggle button for CATS to auto-archive that email with the person you are emailing (provided that their email address exists in the system). It sounds like you might be double-emailing your candidates.

OK (using my record as the test) when I reply to an email from me or open a new email and address it to me and send, The CATS Plug-in Archive to CATS box is checked but I don't see any log of that activity in my record.

Dennis,

Just to keep the forum clean, I've removed the two new posts on this subject (I realize you have to start a new topic to attach a screenshot - we'll work on that). I think you can also just edit your original topic and post a new one FYI. If you have additional screenshots to send in, you can always send them to as well.
