Overview
We provide our professional users with many tools to help them quickly grow their resume databases through our Resume Inbox, CATS Firefox Toolbar, CATS Microsoft Outlook, and CATS Microsoft Word features. Here is an overview of each feature and how they work:
Resume Inbox
We have provided the unique ability to forward any resume document (.doc, .docx, .pdf, .txt) to an email address that we setup for you to automatically parse resumes and add them to your database.
What is my Resume Inbox email address?
At signup, each company is given a site name in the format http://sitename.catsone.com/.
We use this site name to give you a unique email address to forward your resumes to: resumes@sitename.catsone.com (replacing 'sitename' with your own unique CATS site name).
Tip: If you know the job order you want the candidate added to via Resume Inbox, enter the Job Order ID# or the exact job order name in the Subject: line of the email.
CATS Firefox Toolbar
Add contacts directly from sites like LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Hotjobs, and Monster with our CATS Firefox Toolbar. Simply visit a profile on one of those sites and the toolbar will detect if they exist in your database and ask you if you want to view their existing profile or add a new candidate.
To download the latest version of the toolbar, login to CATS, click on the Settings tab, and then the Downloads link in the blue bar. From there, follow the on-screen instructions.
CATS Microsoft Outlook Toolbar
The CATS Outlook Plug-in allows you to quickly add new candidates and log communications with candidates/contacts directly from your Outlook inbox.

CATS Microsoft Word Toolbar
The CATS Microsoft Word Plug-in seamlessly integrates Microsoft Word and CATS.
Users are now able to edit existing documents in their database and save them directly to CATS, add their company header/logo and paste it into the header of any document, and even add candidates directly to CATS... all from within Microsoft Word!
