Job Order Publishing

One of the many tools we have designed to get your jobs noticed is our Publishing feature. Professional users can post their jobs to multiple sites with the click of a button! Presently, we are integrated with the following sites:

How do I start publishing my jobs?

Once you have signed up for a free trial or upgraded to professional, you are set to begin.

  1. Login to CATS and configure your job posting services by navigating to the Settings -> Administration -> Job Posting Services location. Click the blue arrow on the posting service that you want to configure. Be sure to first click the enabled option, and then the Configure link.
  2. Each posting service requires different credentials be specified during the configuration stage. Be sure to fill out all fields properly and read any on-screen instructions that might be there. Hit the save button when finished.
  3. Once configured, navigate to the Job Orders tab and click on the job order name that you want to publish.
  4. At the top of the page, click the Publish button. You will be presented with a list of publishing options that you have enabled/configured in the previous steps. Click on the check box(es) next to the services you want to publish to, and hit Submit.

That's it! You have just published your jobs, driving candidates you might not have ever found directly to your career portal.


To view when you last published your jobs or the status of the publishing (success/fail), scroll down to the middle of your job order page and look at the Published On: section.
